Enlightened self-interest – Mazin Qumsiyeh
I wrote this piece in 2008 on enlightened self interest and it came to mind
this week as our institute struggles to survive and grow in the midst of
challenging times. Please read it here and read some of the comments on it
posted on the same link. http://qumsiyeh.org/onenlightenedselfinterest/
Please send me more comments and I will post them there

and justice the ultimate love of humanity or the triumph of optimism over
experience? Is activism and living live simply the ultimate love of mother

answers but hopefully give us time to reflect and think….” Read more at

mistakes.”
“We need not wait to see what others do.”
“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of
others.”
“Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s needs, but not every man’s
greed.”
