Amal Ramsis won the trailer-ruhr-audience award with her documentary film THE TRACE OF THE BUTTERFLY (Egypt 2014), a travel through Egypts revolution.

She was also member of the fiction feature film competition this year and therefore more than astonished that her own film won the prize. She didn’t even no that it was competing.
